·6 Potatoes

·3 Carrots

·1 Onion

·2 Chicken Breast (skin off)

·4 Japanese Curry Cubes

·Rice

·Salt and Pepper

Directions

·Dice Onions into Cubes

·Season and Sear Chicken until cooked with onions

·Slice chicken into cubes

·Cut and Peel Carrots and Potatoes

·Boil Vegetables Until Soft

·In a pot, add 3 cups of water with six curry cubes; when thick, add meat and vegetables

·Season

·After thoroughly mixed and reaching the desired thickness, serve with Rice
